People here are very cooperative. They are helpful, the team size is good, juniors are given good importance. Each team consists of large number of experienced people than the number of juniors. This helps the new joiners to learn a lot from experienced people for new joiners who have not yet joined the company they have provided with online material course which is very helpful. This really boosts the confidence of the employees when they join the company.
As a MNC planning should be done well, they have not yet given us the joining dates. Initially they said it would be June 2008, later they dragged it till December 2008., now its February 2009. But still we are asked to wait for our joining dates till March 2009. We have no clue of when they'll call us.
