Very flexible work environment. Genpact is flexible in moving people across functions verticals and take up roles that matches best with personal interest and career objectives.
HR processes are not very robust. There is lot of variations between different divisions or COE's. If employee moves across COE. New COE does not respect HR feedback, rating and career plans discussed with previous COE
