Genpact is brand name that can give you value on operations excellence front. Work is all organised and there is a fixed frame work. Compensation is up to the industry standards
No employee recognition, though policies are same for everyone - the degree of application differs from position and proximity with senior management. The worst company for starters, they will make you life time bounded labour with multiple bonds! be careful. and as usual each AVP/Sr.Manager runs the process as a family business, the suckers get priority for promotions and recognition.
