Its not for the weak hearted. You learn to be on your own from Day 1. You are thrown in the deep end of the pool and if you don't swim/ try to swim u r surely gonna drown. You have a free hand in deciding the route you want to take to achieve your goals/targets. Colleagues are great help and support.
"PMS" - one of the biggest farce at I bank & totally lopsided. Despite achieving one's laid down targets, your PMS totally depends upon the perception ur senior bosses carry about you. Too many processes - delayed & centralized decision making leading to customer dissatisfaction. Many cynical bosses who don't have a clue about what they are supposed to do.
