Sr. Executive - Business Analyst
It is a decent experience working with a brand like Keane. The work environment is remarkably good and employees have freedom to work. The working tools and projects are good enough to attract job seekers.
The management is not satisfactory as they are not focusing employees requirement to improve the productivity. The rewards are not satisfactory to cover up employees satisfaction. The management has near to average rating to satisfy employees.
