People around you are always nice to interact, learn & help. Its a proactive approach & face the issues in a team & then being in a team taking their own things & work for the best solution.
The organization staffing team is not in sync. The planning in the sales & marketing in getting projects is not much strong compared to the industry. Though the quality of work is better but the management of people is a bottleneck
