I am working in satyam for last 2 years and overall i am very happy with company. You have the opportunity to work on some many different aspects of the industry and company also provide the opportunity to explore/work on different technology.The people are extremely smart, motivated and fun to work with.
The area where i feel satyam as a company should improve is Discipline. There are many policy maker in the company but there is no body who can track whether policy is implemented or not. The other area where i feel company should improve is bench management. I know many people who are on bench for last one year and nobody bothers whether these people are coming to office or not. I know many people who generally come once in a month
