Very good value system and freedom to explore on new ideas. Empowerment at a very early stage. Very good in processes and innovation. Management team has excellent vision and have not been carried away with past successes or fame or accolades.
Compensation is very bad. Current re-organization has destabilized a lot of things which would take quite sometime to correct. Human Resource Department is very unfriendly and act very pricey at time with lot of attitude. Joint CEO has fractured the decision making process and has also resulted into too many confusing dotted line reportees making the organization chart very confusing.
